Unusual Vintage Great Lakes Diver and Diving Helmet

This is an unusual vintage postcard circa 1907 of a Great Lakes diver at Soo, Michigan. The diver is wearing what appears to be a three- or four-bolt brass and copper diving helmet. This is from a book of postcards owned by a traveling salesman who had them stamped with the date as he traveled from town to town by train. Many cards are stamped 1907. Postcard is in very good condition with no creases, holes or tears. Never posted and no writing on the back. Please see photos for details.
