This sale is for aVintage ITALIAN Solid 800Silver PEPPER GRINDER & OPEN SALT.

The Saltis marked with theItalian hallmarks 1BS- the Italian abbreviation for the province of BRESCIA Italy (circa 1935-1945)and 800 Silver.

The pepper grinder, whichis very well made andalso marked 800 Silver plus Macina Temperata, stands approximately 3 1/2 inches in height and has a weight of 126.7 grams.

The open salt has a glass liner and a salt spoon; the salt stands approximately 1 1/2 inches in height and measures just over 2 1/4 inches across the top; the salt without the glass liner and including the spoon has a weight of 45.4 grams.

Both the grinder and the salt are in excellent condition (virtually like new) with no damage or monograms.
