Vintage Coro Craft Signed Sterling Silver Roses and Leaves Brooch Pin:

This is a vintage sterling silver pin made by Coro (Coro Craft) dating to the late 1940s. It has an elegant design of three roses tied to two leaves with a twisted ribbon. It is signed on the back with Coro\'s signature (see photo #3). Research on this piece found it to be made post WWII somewhere between 1946-1949 when precious metals were in short supply. Because of this, Coro made their sterling silver pieces with very light and thin pieces of metal which, in turn, made them susceptible to breaking. To have found this in whole condition seems to be a rare feat! It is in excellent vintage condition with no scratches or fading. This would be an excellent item for anyone who wants to add a touch of class to their wardrobe with a nice brooch or someone who loves dainty designs ^o^!
