This is a cool vintage Cigar Holder with 14K gold bands in a little leather case.The outer band is marked \"14K W\" and the case is marked \"C.P.F. Bestmake\"The holder is 2.5\" long and the place for the cigar is a little over 0.5\" in diameter.The rough: The holder has been broken about an inch from the end and then inexpertly repaired, and the weld does not line up exactly. I don\'t know what was used to glue it, ether. There are also some teeth marks.The good: It is marked 14K on the band. It displays very nicely and looks great set off by the green felt.Now if you are thinking about the gold. You can wiggle the front band off and it weighed about 0.9g on my balance. While the second band does not have the same front lip, if it weighs anywhere close to the first band that is a worthwhile amount of scrap gold.
