Beautiful condition! This is a signed and dated Curtis Jere birds in flight sculpture. Curtis Jere was a compound non-de-plume for a design group formed by Jerry Fels and Curtis Freiler for their company Artisian House. This is large ...45\" long x 20\" wide and stands off the wall about 5.5\". It is made of solid brass. The wonderful birds made of a thick mill brass with a wing span of 26\" each! WOW!The beaks have a lovely matte brown patina which makes for a wonderful contrast to the mirror like brass. The design very beautiful and tranquil....it\'s sunrise and three lovely birds fly in unison across the morning sky! The condition is excellent with very very minor scratches...there is discoloration on the areas that are welded... this was part of the original manufacturing process. A very solid well made piece that has been well cared for. It is signed C Jere 1985 (photo 3). It has three very substantial metal loops on the back for hanging (photo 12). This is a Stunning piece of Art, the perfect addition to a well appointed interior. Polished and camera ready! Smoke/pet free. Thank you for looking!
