Vintage 1950sCurtiss 5 cent candy / peanut one gal. jar with glass lid, in good condition, no chips or cracks, white lettering clear and bright, has on it in writing on both sides ofjar, Another CURTISS Product, a Curtiss logo, Property Of Curtiss Candy Co. Chicago, ILL on both sides, size is 7\" wide and 10\" tall with lid on.

Curtiss candy Co. was the maker of the Baby Ruth candy bar and other fine candy bars. Curtiss Candy Co. was bought out by Nabisco Co. in the early 1960\'s so the Curtiss Candy Co. is no more, but the Nabisco Nestle Co. makes a great Baby Ruth candy Bar and other fine candies.-
I worked for the Tom\'s Peanut Co. for 35+ years, until Lance Snacks bought Tom\'s out in 2005.
