I don\'t know any history on this quilt. It is not really a quilt only the top portion and only really part of that. It is 11\" across shapes but some have been hand sewn and some were machine sewn. Part of the edge has had a folded over edge on it but most has not. There is 2 areas with a LARGE hole. There are several other little holes and a few seams that have come apart. I also found a few little stains. It has been washed (I can tell by the seams) but most of the fabric and seams seem strong. I think the fabric is cotton. I charge only shipping with no other fees.
