Has an Al Capp signature on it, Time for a Haircut! Best Hair cut in Town; Fearless Fosdick says get WILDROOT Cream-Oil Charlie! It measures 5\"x4\" and has a hole on each corner. Small scratch above the G get, and a super fine hard to see scratch that goes through the words “dryness, loose” area of plaque, small nick dot on right edge. There are other super tiny marks in areas that you don’t see unless you reflect light over it to find; I would expect to see these type of marks as the sign is not new. Colors are clear and bright, no fading on this, what I think is an original antique plaque sign. Since I have never seen one and I am not a sign collector, I cannot say this is an original although evidence sure points to it. Nice size to put inside a display case with your collection.
