THESE DOCUMENTS ARE EIGHTY YEARS OLD!!!

This is a pair of complimentary documents regarding the sale and purchase of a Russian dinner plate in 1934 from Marshall Field & Company.

The documents attest to the fact that the plate was part of the Hammer Collection (682 Fifth Avenue, New York)of Russian Imperial Treasures

and given by the collector himself, Dr. Armand Hammer.

Dr. Hammer was an art collector, businessman and philanthropist and started the Hammer Galleries in New York, which still operates today.

Thepages measure approximately26.5 x 19cm (10 1/2\" x 7 1/2\") each.

Very goodcondition - see description.
