Up for sale today is a wonderful Vintage measuring set from Holland. I found these at an estate sale. Each measure is marked with the size of the contents: 2 deciliter, 1 deciliter, ½ deciliter and 2 centiliter as well as the marks of the measure master. The measure master is the man, who in old times would ensure that a liter served was really a liter and so on. Upon having measured this he would put a stamp in the side of the container, signifying that it was so. The largest one has a damaged handle and a couple of dents but it is all there and could possibly be repaired. The other 3 are in excellent shape. There is markings on the bottom of all and around the top of the smallest one but can\'t make out what it is. I am not sure of the maker but they would be a great addition to any collection.
