You are offerding on a vintage plastic candy holder by E. Rosen Company. It stands about 5 inches tall. As you can see in the picture, he still has the candy inside (I would urge anyone not to eat it considering the age -- this is sold as a collector\'s item, and the candy is faded and discolored). He has normal paint wear on the face and ears.

This piece still has original tag!!!!!
