I have for you consideration a Vintage Elgin Watch. It winds, but seems to need repair as it seems to be getting stuck. You can move hands to change the time, but I couldnt get her to go. It seems someone changed the crystal and it ms5 not be the original one. Best for parts or repair this neat non-running old Elgin has a great looking Art Deco Look! The crystal is showing scratching from use and age. The dial measures about 7/8 inches in length by about 5/8 of an inch in width. It is stamped 12kt Gold Filled Bretton.
Inside the mechanics is stamped Elgin USA 33304130.
