Foryour considerationis thisabsolutely beautiful Madonnafigurinefrom the Erzgebirge regionin the former East Germany. She is an unique art work, hand crafted from wood and hand painted by the famous Wendt and Kuhn company.Holy Marie is kneeling andholding her child Jesus Christ in her arms.

Nice addition toyour Erzgebirge collection.The colors are bright and shiny. Especially beautiful are the golden flowers on her gown.

She is inexcellent condition, almost perfect,there are only very few tiny paint chips on the baby\'shand and head. Hardly recognizable! And some glue is visible underneath the baby\'s butt.

Size:5\" tall and the diameter of the base is 4\" to 4 1/2\".

Marked with the white and red expertic/Erzgebirge label from the early 1970s.
