I purchased this Vintage \"Elgin\" Pocket Watch at an estate sale, and I know little about these things. It\'s an Open Face, 12 Size, with 17 jewels, and according to it\'s Serial Number, was made about c. 1923-1924. It\'s got a loose crystal, the minute hand is off of the post, and it\'s not working, so I\'m selling this PW as is for parts or restoration. It comes in a nice \"I. Wartell, Jeweler\" box. I combine all shipping.Buyer pays shipping.
