This is a vintage Elgin pocket watch with gold tone case made by the Philadelphia Watch Case Co.The watch is not running, and I cannot get the wind mechanism to move. The serial number on the watch is 21252272. It is marked on the back of the watch itself.This watch measures about 1 3/8\" in diameter.I see no damage to the face and only minor light wear to the crystal.I honestly do now much about watches, so if you have any questions be sure to ask prior to offerding.
