This is a vintage German smoker marked Erzgebirge Expertic. He holds a bell in one hand and has a slit in the other hand for possibly sheet music? Reminds me of a Salvation Army band member/bell ringer. Also carries a shoulder bag of some sort.There are some issues and is sold as is. First of all the right shoulder epaulet has been replaced; where the arms attach to the body has been reglued and repainted (someone who enjoys restoring items could do a much better job though). Has scratches and a scorch mark down the front. It has been used and shows burnt residue on the incense cup. This gives the old guy character and shows that he was well used and loved.
