Carved wooden figurine or place card holder from Erzgebirge of Germany.
The painted figurine is holding a pole with heart Flags.
The girl is 2 1/4\" high and 4 1/8\" to top of the heart.
Very good condition - natural imperfections from the hand painting and one tiny spot of missing green paint on bottom edge of base.
