Here is a really cute vintage wooden wood Erzgebirge Germany fretwork Christmas ornament. An angel sitting on a star. In very good condition with minor paint loss/wear. There is some minor chipping noted on the wing tips. This can happen because the thin wood is in layers. This ornament is about 2 3/4\" tall. Hand painted-age/maker unknown. I received these with a very large lot of vintage wooden German ornaments from a seller in the Erzgebirge region of Germany. None are labelled or marked.
