I believe this to be a vintage Erzgebirge but if you know differently please let me know. The figure has chenille arms which can be moved up and down. I\'m sure they can be moved in and out too but I would never do that because I believe they would eventually break. The figure is holding a bouquet of flowers. The figure is missing the little round wooden stand it should be glued to, see photo. It\'s a little over 1 1/2 inches tall.
