A Vintage Erzgebirge Christmas Carousel Made in the German Democratic Republic. Carousel stands approximately 10 1/2\" in height and the base is 6 1/2\" by 6 1/2\". Each of the four candle holders on the piece can hold a candle which is about 9/16\" in diameter. There are 9 fan blades on the unit. There is one damaged area of decorative trim on the piece as noted on the supplied photos. Item was purchased at an estate sale.
