Very interesting divided 4 section dish with handle, all metal with black lacquer or paint that has been etched with a floral pattern.I believe this is pewter but am not positive.Very unique and attractive.I have not seen a dish like this before.There is wear to the black paint on the edges and on the handle its almost all wear off. Unknown maker. Measures 8 1/2\" by 7\".Heavy high quality, black lacquer is thick high quality, but as stated there is wear on rims and handle.
