Listed here is avintage FLEX-A-FOAM brand dust mask,made by Flexo Products Inc. of Westlake, Ohio. Box has wear and the top tab is missing. The mask doesn\'t look like it has ever been used but shows signs of age, the filter is deteriorating.Very cool looking mask though, and the box has great graphics.
