Offered is a wonderful wooden and paper mache , hand painted floral tray, in the Chippendale style, in very good original condition and dating from the late 19th or early 20th centuries. It’s very much one of a kind and delightfully lighter than a metal tray. The hand painting is above that of a mere novice and probably executed by an artist of considerable experience. It is signed but I was unable to read the artist hand. The tray itself measures 21” x 28” and weighs a mere 2.5 lbs. so hopefully
