How to describe this \'man doll\' !! Made of wood, thin metal pins for moveable hinges, about 10 \" tall, foot size about 1/4\", black beard,hair and eyes, sorta\' crayon arms, and delightful hand colored clothing. However as I have been looking closer and seeing rosy cheeks, girl eyes, a waist, hips,flowers and polk-a-dotsonthe pockets....I might have just described a \'girl doll\'. A girl doll with a beard. Maybea circus girl doll. He/She has a hole in the back for hanging or justput in a seating position.This doll is definately a folk artpiece made sometime ago.Quite a conversation piece.
