This is a well made and very sturdy seat, manaufactured by Frabill. It still has the cloth label attached to the seat which is usually missing. Weighs about six pounds. Seat back folds. Covering is plaid vinyl and it in in pretty good shape with a few small tears. It has scattered scratches and scrapes and surface rust to the paint finish of the metal frame as seen in the pictures.
