Vintage French Citrine Yellow Real Laitonne Wired Ribbon

1\" 27y Spool

A pretty and eye catching length of vintage 1\" Wide Wire-Edged solid ribbon on a full spool (27.34 yards), paper lined with carton center. A stunning medium shade of deep citrine yellow, a classic hue, with a delicate, fine wired edge. This spool came from a milliner\'s estate in New York, in the 1970\'s. Unused, made in France, this is rare and hard to find. This ribbon has a gorgeous sparkling sheen due to the inclusion of Laitonne, an acetate type only made in France many years ago.

This amazing ribbon could be used for any number of creative projects - for working cockade, cocarde, ribbon work flowers, embellishments for weddings and bridal, Christmas and Holiday decor and wreaths, or adorning stockings, hair bows, hats and purses. Also fabulous for scrap booking, bookmaking and paper crafts.
