These sconces came out of a factory which was closed down several years and go and being taken down. I do not know what factory it came from as the person I got these from only told me this history about the sconces. These date back to the 1940’s or about. If not older. Made out of very good quality cast iron. These are pretty heavy as well. About 11 Lbs. each. You can see in one of the pictures that there’s a gasket, this gasket is not in good shape anymore. This is only used if these are sconces are used in a wet Environment. It’s a great pair of sconces and these can be used in many interiors. Height is 11 ½”, width and depth is 9”. These sconces still have The European wiring and will need to be rewired to work in The USA. This is a very rare pair to get. I don’t come by these very often.
