Beneath the section that is the \"score card\" the card has six rows of tabs. The bottom of each tab is folded and sealed by a blue piece of paper-tape. Under the folds are numbers.
The master number on the card is 50202, which is also the number of each row of tabs and each tab. The individual numbers are beneath the blue tape.
The \"rules\" that are printed on the bottom of the card read: \"When Score is More than One figure Use Last Figure.\" These are not exactly clear rules, but this is the best description of the card that we can offer.We gladly answer questions or supply additional photographs.
