This is a nice little airplane clock made by Geneva brand with Japanese movement. It needs a new battery and I imagine it will work - I leave that detail to you. See photos for details and measurements.

I insure breakables against the inherent risk of sending things through a variety of mail services. If you want me to mail something in a wooden crate or steel box, let me know and I will give you a quote for that service - however understanding that life happens even when you\'ve done your best bubble wrapping and insuring objects is probably a more common sense option.

I ship items within 2-5 business days of cleared Paypal payment in what I believe is the most affordable manner possible. This is for your benefit, not mine. The domestic shipping method is usually listed quite clearly. If you want to pay extra for a faster shipping method, please let me know and I will provide fast shipping for an additional charge. I do charge nominally for packing material – I reuse packing materials when I can but I must buy bubble wrap, boxes, tissue, and peanuts and these items are becoming more and more costly.

I try to group shipments together, the reason for a day or so lag time in shipping some items.

My intention is to provide clear shipping information on this sale page. Shipping rates are for the 48 contiguous US states only. AK/HI/PR, military mail of any type, and any other location will incur additional postage costs. I do not like to ship internationally, but if someone really wants something and it willing to pay for shipping, I will do it. However, I will always tell the truth on custom forms. Don’t ask me to misrepresent information on mailing forms. Mail fraud is a federal crime.

Please note: I also document my packing. I take pictures of the materials I use and the way the item is packed. Unfortunately, there is a scam on where a buyer will buy an item they already own, which is broken. They get a new item and then claim it was “broken” and send pictures of their broken item. To deter this fraud, I keep all photographs of my item and the packing process. I also now insure all breakables at the buyer’s expense. Remember that insurance fraud for false claims of breakage is postal fraud, and that’s a federal crime!

I re-use packing materials when I can, and I do my best to pack items well so they arrive at their destination safely.

I will deliver \"door to door\" to New York City and most of the tri-state area, and Philadelphia once per week. I can also deliver once a month to the Amherst, Massachusetts area,including Hadley, Northampton, Deerfield, Mass, and Enfield, CT. The fee for door-to-door delivery starts at $100 and is recommended for very large or valuable items.

You must provide proof that your item was mailed through the Delivery Confirmation system for financial responsibility for any lost, misdirected, damaged, wrongly received, or otherwise undelivered mail. I will gladly insure purchases for loss or damages,upon request.
