This old portrait was a thank you gift for campaign contributors in 1990. Very Good condition (I give it a grade of 3.0 VG out of a possible 10.0 GEM MT). While I cannot find anything wrong with this item, I am not a professional grader, so I am deliberately downgrading in case I missed something-see pictures.
