Vintage George Nelson Herman Miller Swag Leg Chairs Rare:

An amazing set of 4 George Nelson for Herman Miller DAF chairs. This set was purchased by the original owners in the late 50’s.

Designed by Charles Pollock (an associate of George Nelson), the DAF chairs were only produced from 1958 to 1964 making them a rare find. The two-tone versions are more scarce making this set highly desirable. The fiberglass shells are in excellent shape. The edges are free from chips, cracks, etc. A few shock mounts show some wear, but still have life in them. All chairs still have the paper label intact. The swag leg bases are in good overall condition. There are some areas of enamel loss consistent with age. One base has yellowed over time more than the others.
