This is a one day cuckoo clock. The weights will need to be drawn up daily.

This clock is in excellent condition and shows signs of very little use. It should last for many years of enjoyment.

The man sitting in front of the clock lifts his beer mug up and down while the cuckoo announces the time. This can be seen in the video shown below. There is also a nice dog enjoying the man’s show.

The clocks measurements are 9 inches tall, 7 inches wide and 5 inches depth.

There is a nice wooden dial with wooden hands.

There is also a night shut off lever which can be pushed upward to silence the cuckoo if you wish to do so.

I have cleaned and oiled the clocks movement and have also cleaned the case and other hardware.

I pack my clocks well, securing the weights to the box for shipping and I also insure every package and include instructions for operation of the cuckoo clock.

My interest in Cuckoo clocks began 30 years ago when I was stationed in Germany. I was amazed by the artistic woodcarving skills I witnessed while they brought the clocks into existence. From that point on I began to collect cuckoo clocks and started my studies into restoring and repairing them.

I take apart all of my clocks and clean the movements and chains in my ultrasonic cleaner. After that I oil all the needed movement locations. Then I test the movements to be sure they are in full working condition and make any repairs if necessary. I then wash and do any cosmetic touch up needed to the cases, pendulums, and crowns and finally if needed I install new bellow tops.

Then after reassembly all of my clocks are tested for two weeks before I decide if I should sell them or add to my own collection.
