VINTAGE GERMAN CAN

This can measures about 7\" x 3-1/4\" x 3-3/4\". From the pictures on the ends, it held car polisher or wax which could also do furniture. The top of the can says \"Mobelwischer Feluja Moppi\". The two sides of the can are covered in German writingly instructions. The can has been banged up a bit, but I think it could be repaired fairly easily. The worst part is that the seam on one corner has popped apart. I don\'t know how that could be fixed.

The inside of the can is dark brown, the outside is tan with black writing. There are some scratches and a bit of surface rust in places where the scratches went down to metal. The hinge by the popped corner needs some work, but I think fixing the seam will help the hinge. The box contained some military patches and a couple of large cartridges which leads me to think it would probably date around WWII. If any readers can tell me anything about it, please email me. I thought it was an interesting can and could fit in someone\'s collection.
