This animated toy is darling and reminiscent of my own childhood in a second generation American home where we had a variety of similar hand made toys.
These were produced across Europe for children in the early to mid 20th century.
This particular toy is a bit nicer than most with four feet on the bottom for display purposed.
There are 3 hens and one rooster, all pecking at corn, brightly painted in the center with grass blades around the edges as seen in photos.
In perfect working condition. Just pick it up, start swirling it around and watch them peck! No batteries required!
Measurements are:
Paddle = 7-1/2\" to end of handle x 5-1/2\" wide
1-3/4\" high to top of rooster\'s tail
