Here is areally pretty miniature Erzgebirge Germany wooden wood praying angel fretwork candle holder. It is hand painted, and is marked on the bottom. It stands about 3\" tall, and the base is about 4 3/4\" long. It is in great vintage condition with minor paint loss and color rubs. It has been used, as evidenced by some wax residue. A gentle cleaning may improve this. They are probably from the mid 1940\'s. Exact age and maker unknown. I have received a large lot of these recently from Germany, and I have several more of these to list as time permits.
