The figure inside looks like painted porcelain and depicts a little girl holding a green umbrella, a package tucked under her arm. She resembles like the Morton Salt girl in her pose. Always a popular product mascot, I think someone tried to copy the iconic figure without infringing on a copyright. Circa 1930-40. The water is faintly cloudy.
