Made In China.\"On the under bottom it reads,\'Godinger.\"The Handle goes up and down.This measures approx. 10- 1/2\" tall when handle is in upright position,and approx. 12\" round across the top.Would be great for any room decor filled with any of your liking,or fill and give as a gift.Thanks For Looking!!
