This is a Beautiful “Stormy Weather”figurine GoebelHummel. This was made inWest Germany.Not seeing any breaks or cracks, chips. Looks like there might be a teeny tiny manufacturing defect on the top of the umbrella, the color looks a little off, not sure, since these are all hand painted but its like a pin spot.No paintloss, that I cansee.
