This is a Shelf Sitter Cat Stocking Holder by Sun Hill Industries in 1982. The design is a hard plastic gray cat wearing a red Santa Claus hat and laying with one leg hanging down. This piece is in excellent Vintage condition! There is some light wear due to age-scattered scratches, a few missing paint spots, and missing foam across bottom.
