Vintage Green Marble/Onyx Coin Holder /dish with two brass elephants:

This piece is quite interesting. The onyx/marble base is light and medium green with beautiful veining of rust and white. It is about 7 3/4 in long and 3/4 high. It looks as if it has been reinforced/repaired along one vein. It shows no sign of weakness. There is a little dip in the base to hold coins, keys, jewelry, etc. along the edge are two beautiful brass elephants. They may be baby and mother. The baby is about 1 1/2 in tall, the mom is 2 1/2 in. The mother is missing one of her tusks.The price has been reduced to reflect the defects.
