Vintage Gullah South Carolina Low Country Sweet Grass Basket w/ Handle:

This is a beautiful very old authentic, Sweetgrass basket. Including the handle it is 8 1/2 inches tall. The round basket is 11 inches in diameter, and 2 1/4\" tall.

Note where the bottom of the basket had come undone and somebody stitched it back together. It is very dusty from having sat on a shelf for many years.
