Any damage claim will be the responsibility of the buyer. As stated in the return policy, all items accepted for return must be in the condition shipped. No damaged items will be accepted for return. Should your package become damaged in shipment, it will be your responsibility to claim the insurance, OR refuse the damaged package, unopened, upon arrival for return.
