The outer box has shelf wear from storagePlease note - After doing some research we found the following helpful information about refilling these Hallmark items:Hallmark used to manufacture and sell high quality writing instruments which carried a life time warranty. These included ball point pens, felt tip pens, and mechanical pencils. Hallmark discontinued manufacture of writing instruments in the 1990\'s.
- Hallmark no longer manufactures refills that fit Hallmark writing instruments. Hallmark will send, free of charge, an adapter that can be used with Cross brand ballpoint pen refills in Hallmark ball point ink pens.
-Consumers may use any brand of 9mm pencil lead for Hallmark pencils.
-No refills or adapters are available for Hallmark felt tip pens. You may mail in your Hallmark felt tip pen and will receive 30$ courtesy certificate reimbursement. We will also return your original writing instrument for sentimental value.
-Hallmark will replace any defective writing instrument if we have any remaining inventory (there are no pencil or felt tip pens)
- If we no longer have inventory remaining we will issue a 30$ Hallmark courtesy certificate (as a refund) which you may redeem for Hallmark products in Hallmark gold crown store. If no replacement inventory is available, we will also return your Hallmark writing instrument for sentimental value.
