This is a beautiful Vintage Halloween Hallmark Owl Pinthat is brand New in Package-- mint conditionand Never Opened. This has been in my personal vintage Halloween collection for over 35 years

This is a are find as Hallmark only had limited editions on some Halloween items. I think Hallmark first came out with this Halloween Owl pin edition in 1976. Hallmark only made some items for a year and I have not seen another one like this, but have had this in my collection about 35 years.
