Thisdelightful hard to find collectible is a beautifullyhand crafted/carved figurine
He has a genuine fur - (possibly Fox?) hat with a strange wooden hat that has a wooden arrow of sorts sticking through the round wooden piece in top his head. A tiny feather sticking out the front of it, and it goes through to the back where it\'s whittled to a pointed tip...The top of this funny hat has a flexible plastic stick coming out the top...may have had something on it? I\'m not original owner, so unknown .
