Up for sale is a beautiful vintage antique hand sewn Grandmother\'s Flower Garden quilt in beautiful novelty and feedsack fabrics from the 1920\'s and 1930\'s. This quilt ishand quilted at7 to8 stitches per inch with small straight stitches (pictured). The quilt has60 full flower blocks and8 half blocks. The quilt is in incredibly good condition. There is only one flower block with wear (pictured). The quilt is very clean with no stains or age discoloration. It lays very flat. There is no binding and the quilt top is hand stitched to the backing with a whip stitch (pictured). It has a nice light pink cotton backing.The quilt measures a 80\" by 79\" and has two edges that are straight and two edges that are scalloped. The cotton batting is very thin.
For the years 2006 through 2011 I was a top rated vintage and antique quilt seller on . I quit selling in 2011 to go back to college.
