I discovered this online and began to transform it from a pulley to a light. I sandblasted all the rust off the interior wrought iron. I then sanded the cherry wood and coated it with a natural Tung oil to bring out the beautiful natural grain of the wood. I hand painted the interior screw heads with black paint. I then added a copper ceiling tin to give a fantastic look. It would be great in anyone\'s home. The lights are LED lights that are energy efficient and are long lasting. The light is hung by a chain with a bracket that is attach to it. It currently has a plug-in cord but you can purchase a hardwired cord. Measurements 2ft wide & 2 1/2\" thick. It weighs app 50pds.
