What a fun find this Birthday Special train centerpiece is! Perfect for train lovers. It has never been opened. Has a tissue or crepe paper base that fans out to support it so it can stand. Colors are still bright. Some bends/creases/tears from handling over the years. Image is the same on both sides. I have researched it and cannot find anything similar. Could be from the 1940s or 50s.Measures about 12\" long and 9\" high.
