The herringbone design on the case is near mint.

The ring top is in great condition.

The original price sticker is around the bottom of the barrel, \"72 1/2 Fine $2.50\"

This pen is well over 100 years old and it looks brand new. We can\'t find anything wrong with it.

It is possible this pen was never used.

When replacing the cap, if you use a heavy hand, the cap will continue to turn and turn. If you do it gently, it stops.

We consider this pen to be highly collectible due to its age and condition.

This will look great in your pocket or your collection.
