A \"HUSUN\" Sextant made by Henry Hughes & Son Ltd., London EnglandThis old sextant bears the serial number 54191, and was probably made at the end of WWII, 1946 or 1947,the certificate is dated 1947. The box has a crack across the top, as do many that I have seen, wood shrinks.There is a little patina on some of the exposed brass, but it looks to be in pretty good condition, as a used 70 year old sextant, has probably seen a lot of use. There is no battery, and the light is untested.
